A Trip to Tintagel

 November 12, 2011

This is the second half of our Arthurian pilgrimage - a small town in Cornwall home to the remains of the castle that is a candidate for Arthur Pendragon's birthplace

An opportunity to write a letter to Merlin.  Did we spend a little too much time writing to the enigmatic warlock?  Yes we did.

Merlin's Cave!!  And the water was so cold... and there were also too frightening boot dogs and one of them was named Daisy

The view from our window!

The Round Table!!!!!!!! Complete with the names of the knights in Latin

Our new friends

This picture was taken in honour of finally finding the right path - we took the wrong path twice and ended up at a river and a fence before we found this beauty of a sign.

A view of Merlin's Cave

This game made for one happy Star Wars fan
